JOUDRY, Marlene Muriel Gloria

Passed away peacefully in Sussex Health Center on December 27, 2008, surrounded by her family. Born January 16, 1941, in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late John and Muriel (Griffith) Rogers, and wife to the late Joseph L. Joudry. Marlene is survived by her children, Debora (Charles) Kennedy of Charlottetown, P.E.I.; Pamela (Darrell) Urquhart of Kars, N.B.; Robert (Carol) Joudry of Halifax; grandchildren, Daniel and Donald Kennedy, Andrew (Pam) Urquhart, Carrie (Calvin) Munro, Sean, Catherine and Evan Joudry; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Lucy Langille of Tatamagouche; Carole (Roy) VanWart of Kars, N.B.; Roy Rogers of Saint John, N.B.; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; sisters, Edith Sutherland and Mary Thistle; as well as brothers, Eric, George, Harry, John, James, Maxwell and Patrick Rogers.There will be no visitation or service at this time. Interment is to take place in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery at a later date in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
